Many women who plan to become pregnant are advised from their doctors to take Vitamin B9, which contains Folic Acid. In that way the vitamin might prevent birth defects and it can treat anemia.
Vitamin B10 is not considered as vitamin, but it is used as sunscreen and it is important for those who want to avoid the ultraviolet rays of the sun that might cause skin cancer. Vitamin B10 is not used orally, but through the skin. Many years ago this vitamin was used to fight rheumatic fever.
If you want to feel relief from the menopause or anemia, your doctor will prescribe Vitamin B12. If you have Vitamin B12 deficiency you might suffer from lower back pain, mental problems, memory loss, weakness and fatigue.
